Drive design based on the reference point of the motor shaft

Condition 2:
Consider the ratio of rotational inertia between mechanical devices and motors. The ratio of moment of inertia is used as an indicator of the control quality of the motor regulator combination. The moment of inertia of a motor is directly related to its specifications.
Ratio of moment of inertia
During pre selection, the experience values shown in the table on the right can be used to achieve high control quality. What is involved here is not a fixed * limit, but when the required value exceeds this * limit, accurate consideration must be given to the specific application.
Condition 3:
Estimate the torque ratio between the static load torque and the long-term torque of the motor. The torque ratio must be less than or equal to the empirical value of 0.6. Roughly consider the dynamic values that are still lacking in the precise motion form with the required motor torque based on this condition.
In the "Configuration and Ordering" section, standard configurations including motor mounting components and motors can be created for different linear system size specifications by selecting options. By meeting the above conditions, it is possible to check whether the standard motor selected in the configuration is suitable for the application in terms of size specifications.
Accurate Drive Design
The rough pre selection of the motor cannot replace the precise drive calculation required by detailed consideration of torque and speed. When considering the basic motion form for accurate calculation of electric drive devices, performance data from the product catalog "Rexroth Drive Technology" must be used.
When designing the drive, it is necessary to comply with the maximum allowable speed, drive torque, and acceleration limits to prevent damage to the mechanical device.
